WHO WE ARE

We are a vibrant yarn store dedicated to providing high-quality yarns, patterns, and accessories to knitting and crochet enthusiasts of all levels. Our store prides itself on excellent customer service, fostering creativity, and building a supportive community of crafters.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Operate cash register and POS system, and handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including shelves and displays.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
• Participating/assisting in store events, workshops, and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for knitting, crochet, and other fibre arts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (POS).
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
